Indian Agri and Food Processing industry experienced the platform for promoting trade, knowledge sharing and delivering actionable intelligence at ALL FOOD TECH 2010 held on 11 – 14 June 2010 in Bangalore, India. ALL FOOD TECH 2010 had Trade Exhibition, Seminar and Entrepreneurial Workshop on Food Processing, Agri & Grain Processing, Bakery, Dairy, Packaged food & Beverages and Service & Facility Providers of Food Industry.
The Patron and Chief Guest of the Event Shri. S.A. Ravindranath, Hon'ble Minister for Agriculture, Government of Karnataka addressed the exhibitors and inaugurated ALL FOOD TECH. In his address he pointed out the importance of processing in the Agri and Food industry and the need for agriculturists to take up to pre-processing at the field level. Seminars at ALL FOOD TECH 2010 witnessed eminent speakers in the Food Industry sharing their knowledge. Seminar on
Food Processing was delivered by Dr. B. Sesikeran, Director, National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad. Seminar
Rice and Grain Processing was delivered by Dr. S.Subramanya, Prof., UAS, Bangalore and
Mr. Sunil Prasad J, GM, Buhler India Pvt Ltd. Seminar on Bakery Technology was delivered by
Dr. Shivaleela H.B, Prof., UAS, Bangalore and Mr. H.R.Raghuram, MD, CS Aerotherm, Bangalore. Seminar on
Dairy was delivered by Dr. Satish Kulkarni, Head, NDRI, Bangalore and Dr. B.V. Venkateshaiah, Dean, Dairy Science College, Bangalore.
The Workshop namely Food Processing Industry the first step and beyond lived up to its expectations of imparting actionable intelligence to the gathering of aspiring entreprenueurs.
